Five manager roles run this console with different powers.
- Change your own house’s schedule: build, publish, override, force a float lookup.
- Paged never, but you can acknowledge and close its coverage requests.
- Change any house’s schedule. Never on HMOD duty.
- Paged first for your house’s Allied requests, before the HM.
- Override an SM at any house. Set the weekly hours cap for all 13.
- Paged second, after your house’s RSM.
- Same powers as an HM.
- Never on the desk: no shifts, never floated.
- Paged only when covering an HM on leave.
- Change anything at every house, hiring and transfers included.
- Set each house’s launch state, which decides whether it is live.
- Paged never, and never on a desk.
The duty on top
HMOD duty rotates weekly among HMs and BAs only. You then hold HM powers at all 13 houses, because outside weekday working hours no other manager is on duty. Coverage pages end with you.
If the app refuses you
Publish or override refused. You are an SM viewing another house. Switch back, or ask its manager.
Hire or transfer refused. Ask that house’s manager, or an Administrator.
